The exhibitors are obliged to complete interior decoration of their stands 4 hours before beginning of the exhibiton.

ANFAS A.S. is not responsible for the interior decoration of the exhibitors.

Exhibitions organized by ANFAS. A.S. could be impossible because of the compelling reasons such as official procedure of government and institutions, war, strike, natural catastrophe etc. In case that one of the reasons mentioned above occur before beginning of the exhibition, whole organization together with equal stand areas and periods could be postpone to a later date. In case that one of the reasons mentioned occur between the beginning and ending date, ANFAS A.S. has no responsibility. It is not permitted to high volume music and dance. The exhibitors are obliged to will arrange interior fair decoration according to technical staff of ANFAS A.S. Exhibition form is an agreement between ANFAS A.S. and the exhibitor. This agreement cannot be cancelled only by one side. The exhibitor who signed agreement in case of abandoning, it is obliged to pay the whole amount of exhibition to ANFAS A.S.

Courts of Antalya is authorized for any disagreement by the exhibition form. In case that compulsory execution of trailing and collection of payments, interest payment will be occurred according to interest for default.

ANFAS A.S. is authorized for to cut off the electricity without any back payment against to the exhibitors who disturb the others by high volume music.

The signature of the representative and company cachet on the exhibitor form means it is read and accepted.

CHAIRMANSHIP OF MARKET COMPETITION AND RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS
 Relating to presentation of products of tobacco, dated 21.02.2006, numbered: B.620TDK 0.09.00/1175, According to the law 4207, article 3, prevent of damages of tobacco and other tobacco products (cigarette, cigar, etc.) advertisement of these products and presentation of alcoholic beverages are not permitted and in order to present alcoholic products, permission must be taken. Otherwise, presenting alcoholic beverages in glass will not be allowed.

The exhibitor must accept the rules mentioned above. In case of acting against, the fair committee will not be responsible for the results.
